BL-SX-EW工艺中萃取界面乳化现象成因研究

【摘要】 德兴铜矿生物浸出 溶剂萃取 电积铜生产中 ,在溶剂萃取界面产生严重的乳化现象 ,致使整个生物冶铜工艺运行状况恶化。通过对界面乳化物特性进行系统研究 ,认为乳化物的生成是由有机相中杂质和降解产物 ,以及萃取过程中的沉淀物和萃原液中固体悬浮物引起。同时 ,初步探讨了预防界面乳化物生成的措施

【Abstract】 Severe interfacial emulsifying phenomenon occurring during copper solvent extraction operation of Dexing copper Mine led to conditions unfavourable to the whole bioleaching solvent extraction electrowinning process (BL SX EW). A systematic investigation is made of characteristics of interfacial emulsified crud. It is concluded that formation of the emulsified crud is caused by imparities and degradation products, precipitates in extraction operation and colloids or suspended solids in aqueoas feed. In light of the cause of crud formation, some preventive measures is taken.
