【摘要】 目的：为了解哈尔滨市非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的相关因素。方法：对139例在哈尔滨市六大医院住院的经临床确诊的患者进行1:1配比病例对照研究。结果：资料经SAS统计分析处理显示：糖尿病家庭史，病毒感染史，自体肥胖超重为该NIDDM人群的危险因素，OR值分别为1.3349，28.4879，3.5061；体育锻炼是保护性因素，其OR值为0.3347。结论：糖尿病是由遗传与多种环境因素共同作用的结果。可以从控制饮食，增强体质，防止病毒感染等诸多方面加以预防，降低糖尿病的发病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the Risk factors of Non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) in Harbin population. Methods: A 1:1 Case-control study of 139 cases who were in six hospitals of Harbin was used. Result: The results of multivariable conditional logistic regression analysis of these factors showed that family history of diabetes, infection of virus and overweight were the risk factors of this population, their OR values were 1.3349, 28.4897 and 3.5061 respectively. Physical training was the protective factor, with its OR value of 0.3347. Conclusion: Diabetes is due to heredity together with multi-environmental factors. It may be prevented by controlling diet, increasing exercises, protecting virus infection etc.更多还原
