声学分析技术在全口义齿语音评价中的应用研究
Application of acoustic analysis in complete denture phonetic evaluation
【摘要】 目的:采用数字化语图仪USSA语图频谱分析系统,对全口义齿修复患者进行语音功能检测,以探讨全口义齿修复后患者语音功能的恢复程度,声学分析技术在全口义齿语言临床学评价中的作用.方法:对无牙颌患者戴全口义齿前、后与正常对照和进行语音a/i/u的检测并对其共振峰参数频率值(F)、能量值(P)的USSA语音频谱的分析。结果①全回义齿修复前,患者语音功能发a/i/u均失常。②全口义齿初戴时发a/i音即可接近正常,而发u音时失常,但截牙后一周,发u音时可接近正常,且达到极限.结论:全口义齿修复后,患者语音功能可迅速恢复,主要集中在第一周,以后各周相对减少。该USSA系统,使语音的分析研究由听觉判断上升到视觉判断,从客观上反映语音变化情况,为临床评价语音功能提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 Digital language signal instrument (USSA language signal analyse Systerm) was used to test phonetic fimCtion of patient with complete denture in order to discuss the improvements on patients’s phonetic function in the duration of posterior restondions and to evaluate clinical effect of acoutic analytic techique. Medthod: Testing pronounciation of patients with cdentulous jaw before and after restoration and contrasing with normal speech sounds. Using USSA to analyse its frequency and paraxnetre number of wave crest (F) and energy number (P). Results: 1.Before restoration, patients pronounced a/i/u anomally.2.After restoration, in the beggining, patients’s pronounciation of a\i was close to normal but pronounce" u" wrongly After restoration for one week, patients were able to pronounce"u" nearly normally Cohclusion: During posterior complete prosthodontic restoration, patients’s phonctic funtion recovers quickly, mainly in the first week, and relatively slower in the following weeks. USSA System helps us analyse and study phonetics from aural accessing to visual arcessing, which provides basic theory for evaluating on clinical medicine.
