【摘要】 本文采用pH滴定法测定甲硝唑原料药的含量．先向甲硝吐中加入过量定量的盐酸标准没（005mol／L），再用NaOH标准液（0．1mol／L）回滴至指定pH，以△VNaOH对甲硝吐浓度C制定工作曲线，线性关系在0．8mg／m1-48mg／ml范围内良好．平均回收率为100．7％，RSD为0．37％．通过t检验和F检验（P＜0．05）本法与非水滴定法在准确度与精密度上无显著性差异．更多还原

【Abstract】 Metronidazole was determined quantitatively by pH titration method. First overdose and quantitative 0.05mol/L HCl was added to metronidazole; then, it was titrated by 0. 1mol/L NaoH at the pH that had been designated. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 100.7% and 0.37%, respectively.The result was satisfactory.更多还原
