【摘要】 目的：以盐酸吗啉胍为模型药评价药物的纤毛毒性及影响因素．方法：用光学显微镜观察离休蟾蜍上跨纤毛在药物溶液作用下持续摆动时间，以此作为指标考查纤毛毒性受盐酸吗批服药液的浓度、溶液pH和渗透压的影响．结果：纤毛毒性受药液浓度、溶液pH和渗透压影响较大．结论：鼻腔给药制剂涉及鼻粘膜纤毛毒性问题，应予充分重视．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective; To evaluate ciliotoxicity of drug and affecting factors with moroxydine chloride as model drug. Method:To examine the mucocilia of isolated tode palate and recorded the lasting time of cilimp movement with an optical microscope after application of drug solutions and take it as index to study the influence of concentration, pH and osmslarity of drug solutions on the ciliotoxicity. Results. Ciliary movement was easily affected by factors above. Conclusion: Care must be taken in developing any nasal dosage form to ensuve its least ciliotoxicity.更多还原
