【Abstract】 Owing to the perfect saving-energy effect of the Hp roller presser, the quantity of the equipment is increasingly applied in the process of cement grog pulverization. But an important fectors in the Hp pulverizing costefficiency, that is, the life cycle of roller’s surface still should be improved.Based on the above, the author put forward the new concept of wearresistant protection ’HEXADUR’ which is a very hard wear-resistant roller’s surface made from different material and then through specially combing and distributed.
