论电大教育在西部大开发战略中的作用
About the Important Role That TV Education plays in the Great Western Opening up Strategy
【摘要】 探究现代远程开放教育的涵义和几个重要概念 ,结合本地区和学校实际 ,充分认识发展现代远程开放教育是电大的必然选择 ,也是电大教育在西部大开发战略中的独特作用
【Abstract】 By means of the research of modern distant education and a few important notions, and combining the local reality with that of TV University, the writer finds modern distant education an inevitable choice for the development of TV University Simultaneously, TV education is certain to play a special and important role in the Great Westent Opening up Strategy.
