【摘要】 介绍骨劈开技术应用于上颌前牙区牙种植 ,方法简单 ,实用。方法 :对32位在北京医科大学口腔医院种植中心上前牙区种植患者 ,采用德国IMZ种植系统相匹配的特殊骨劈开工具进行局部牙槽突劈开后 ,完成48颗IMZ种植体植入 ,种植体均获得初期稳定。其中25个牙位在种植I期手术劈开前测量牙槽嵴顶处唇舌向厚度 :平均4.44mm(3.7～5.2mm) ;植入种植体后牙槽嵴顶处唇舌向厚度 :平均6.27mm(5.8～7.6mm) ,唇侧骨板向唇侧移动幅度 :平均1.64mm(0.83～2.6mm)。结果 :本组所有种植体均完成金属基底烤瓷冠修复 ,并且负荷一年以上 ,无一种植体失败 ,X线观察 ,种植体周无透影区 ,种植体颈部边缘骨吸收在正常范围内 (近中平均0.87mm;远中平均0.94mm)。结论 :本研究证实只要掌握好骨劈开技术的适应证和手术技巧 ,此方法简单并且实用、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a bone splitting technique used for endosseous implant installation in anterior region of maxilla.Methods: 32 patients and 48 IMZ implants were included in this study. of them, the labial-lingual thickness of alveolar ridge in 25 implant sites was measured with a caliber prior to bone splitting and after implant placement. The average thickness before bone splitting is 4.44mm( 3.7～5.2mm) and the average thickness after implant placement is6.27 mm (5.8～7.6mm ), the average distance that the labial plates moved labially is1.64mm(0.8～2.6mm).Result: All implants were constructed with metal-ceramic crown ,and loaded for more than 1year, X-ray results showed all implants acquired osseointegration ,and marginal bone loss was in normal ranges.(mesially 0.87 mm; distally0.94 mm) .Conclusion: It is concluded that the bone splitting technique is practicable and reliable when performed carefully.更多还原
