类金钢石碳—钛复合体的生物相容性评价—NK细胞活性和IL-2产生能力测定

【摘要】 目的 :检测类金钢石碳—钛复合体 (diamond -like -carbontitanium,DLC -Ti )对机体NK细胞(自然杀伤细胞 ,naturalkillercell)活性和IL -2(白细胞介素Ⅱ ,intereukinsⅡ)产生能力的影响。方法 :将DLC-Ti、纯钛、医用不锈钢、纯铜4种材料植入小鼠体内 ,分别于1、2、4和6周后检测NK细胞活性和IL -2产生能力。结果 :DLC -Ti在术后第4周使NK细胞活性和IL -2产生能力降低明显 (P<0.01 ) ,至第6周时已基本恢复正常。而纯钛对两项指标的影响都比DLC -Ti明显 ,NK细胞活性在实验后期仍受到明显抑制。结论 :DLC -Ti具有比纯钛更好的生物相容性。

【Abstract】 Metheods: DLC-Ti, pure Ti, medical stainless steel and pure copper were implanted in the mices, and NK cell activity and Il-2 were determined respectivgy 1, 2,4 and 6 weeks after the implantation.Results: The results imdicated that the suppression of NK cell aetivity and IL-2 effected by the DLC-Ti was remarkable at the 4th week after implantation, them returned to normal at the 6th week. But the effects of the pure Ti was more severely than that of DLC-Ti. Conclusion:The results showed that DLC-Ti has better biocompectibility than pure Ti.
