烤瓷程序对钴铬合金机械性能的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究烤瓷程序对钴铬合金机械性能的影响。方法 :制备统一的钴铬合金拉伸试样 ,经过不同的烤瓷程序后 ,比较它们的抗拉强度、硬度、伸长率。结果 :经过不同的烤瓷程序 ,试样的主要机械性能没有明显变化。结论 :可尝试采用二次铸造法制作烤瓷牙可摘义齿 ,扩大烤瓷修复的适应症 ,满足患者对义齿美观 ,坚固耐用的要求。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the influence on mechanical properties of cobalt-chromium alloy after porcelain bake cycles.Methods: Unitied tensile bars were cast for cobalt-chromium alloy.A comparison of mechanical properties were made after different porcelain bake cycles.Mechanical properties include tensile strength,elongation and hardness.Results:The tested bars had similar property values after different porcelain bake cycles. Conclusion: A combination of porcelain fused to metal and removable partial dentures were made after two times casting.This can enlarge the indications of porcelain restoration and meet the patient demands on esthetic,firm and durable dentures. [
