【摘要】 目的 :介绍一套适用于临床的牙颌面畸形的计算机诊断分析和病历管理系统。方法 :利用PⅡ 35 0多媒体微机、高分辨率扫描仪、显示器、激光打印机、CD刻录机等硬件 ,在Windows环境下 ,采用Delphi编程语言开发系统应用程序。结果 :系统具有头颅正侧位X线片自动分析诊断 ,患者病历资料管理 ,资料信息多媒体传送及处理等功能 ,临床应用结果满意。结论 :该系统有效地提高了临床对牙颌面畸形的诊断效率和对该类患者的现代化管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce a kind of computer diagnosis and case history management system for orthognathic surgery. Methods: Hardware consisted of PⅡ350 computer, scanner, displayer, laser printer and CD creater. Software was developed by Delphi (3), working under Windows. Results: The system could deal with all data of patients′case histories automatically , their lateral and frontal cepholograms could get a detailed cephalometric analysis and diagnosis rapidly. All information could be required and saved by many ways. Conclusion: The system improves highly the efficiency of clinic diagnosis and case history management for dentofacial deformities.更多还原
