【摘要】 目的 :为了探讨一种即能止痛 ,又能保留面部感觉的治疗原发性三叉神经痛的方法。方法 :2 12例原发性三叉神经疼患者随机分为 2组。 (1)试验组 :电针深剌三叉神经周围支加颌骨病变性骨腔刮治术。 (2 )对照组 :单纯行骨腔刮治术 (各 10 6例 )。结果 :经 1- 5年随访 ,试验组 4- 5年止痛率 ,5 5 .5 % ,对照组 ,31.9% ,(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :该法是一种安全、简单、止痛率高并能保留面部感觉的治疗原发性三叉神经痛的好方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to search a method of treating Idiopathic Trigiminal Neuralgia(ITN),which has high rate of pain remissinos and could preserve facial sensation. Method: 212 cases of ITN were randomly allocated to two groups: (1) experimental group electricacupuncture for peripheral nerve and curettage of pathologic jawbone cavities (106 cases). (2)control group: simply using curettage of pathologic Jawbone cavities (106 cases). Result: After follow up of one to five years 4-5 years rate of pain remissions was 55.5% in experimental group; and 31.9% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01) . Conclusion: This method of treating ITN is simple and easy to perform, and can get high rate of pain remissions and preserve facial sensation. [更多还原
