【摘要】 目的 :为总结煮沸自体下颌肿瘤骨立即再植的临床经验。方法 :对 7例下颌骨肿瘤患者施行了煮沸自体下颌肿瘤骨立即再植术。术后随访观察 3年 2例 ,4～ 7年 5例。结果 :经临床和X线检查均未见肿瘤复发。所有 7例煮沸肿瘤骨均获正常骨愈合 ,与活骨端相连接的植骨两端未见煮沸肿瘤骨吸收或愈合不良。大部分病例颌面部外形与功能恢复良好。结论 :随访结果显示煮沸自体下颌骨立即再植是治疗下颌骨肿瘤的好方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate our experience with prompt autotransplantation of boliled tumorous mandibule for the treatment of mandibular tumor. Methods: Seven patients with mandibular tumor were treated with prompt autotransplantation of boliled tumorous mandibule. The duration of follow-up had been 3 years in 2 cases and 4-7 years in 5 cases after operation. Results: Tumor recurrence was not found by clinical and X-ray examination. Nomal healing were observed in all the 7 cases, absorption and poor healing at both ends of the graft were not found, too. Facial appearance and function resumed well in most of the cases. Conclusion: The long-term result shows that it is a good method to treat mandibular tumor with prompt autotransplantation of boliled tumorous mandibule. [更多还原
