【摘要】 目的　探讨前牙反矫治前后咀嚼效能的变化。方法　选择替牙期和恒牙列期的前牙反患者各 1 3名 ,分别进行FR3 功能矫治器和方丝弓矫治器治疗 ,采用 72 2型光栅分光光度计的吸光度法测定治疗前后的咀嚼效能。结果　FR3 功能矫治器治疗前后 ,吸光度值有显著性差异 ;方丝弓矫治器治疗前后 ,吸光度值无显著性差异。结论　前牙反矫治后咀嚼效能有很大提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective [WT5”BZ]To investigate the change of masticatory efficiency before and after the correction of anterior crossbite.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Twenty six patients with anterior crossbite of mixed or permanent dentition were treated with FR3 appliance and edgewise appliance respectively, the masticatory efficiency before and after treatment was determined with the absorbency method by using Type 722 grating spectrophotometer.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The absorbency differs significantly before and after the treatment with FR3, while not with the edgewise appliance.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The masticatory efficiency was greatly improved after treatment.[WT5”HZ]更多还原
