枕叶视皮质神经毯内线粒体和突触小泡的定量研究
Quantitative Study on Mitochondria and Synaptic Vesicle in Neuropil of Occipital Cortex of Visual Area
【摘要】 用体视学方法对 5个不同年龄组 ( 2 ,8,18,3 0 ,4 2d)的沙土鼠脑枕叶视皮质神经毯内的线粒体、突触小泡和突触进行了研究 ,分别测量了线粒体的体密度、面数密度、外膜比表面和嵴膜面密度 ;测量了突触小泡和突触的面数密度 .研究结果发现突触小泡与线粒体间存在一定的形态定量关系 .
【Abstract】 Through stereological quantitative method, mitochondria, synapse and synaptic vesicle in neuropil of occipital cortex, visual area of gerbils in five different age groups(2 d,8 d,18 d,30 d and 42 d)were studied. Volume density, numerical density on area outer membrane specific surface and creat membrane surface density of the mitochondria were calculated. Numerical density on area of synaptic vesicles and synapses were calculated. The relationship of morphological quantification between synaptic vesicle and mitochondria was discovered in the study.
