【摘要】 对丰宫、小睾并殖吸虫在溪蟹体内的分布、囊蚴或后尾蚴形态特点以及囊蚴脱囊进行比较研究 .实验结果显示 :从溪蟹体内分离得到的丰宫并殖吸虫囊蚴占 11 7% ,后尾蚴占 88 3 % ,囊蚴在 10min内全部自然脱囊而成为后尾蚴 .这一现象在并殖科虫种中较为独特 ,在虫种分类上有一定意义 .二种并殖吸虫囊蚴或后尾蚴在溪蟹体内的定居部位以胸肌分布最多 ,内脏次之 ,附肢最少 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The distribution of the metacercariae or excited metacercariae in potamon and the situation of metacercariae excited of Paragonimus proliferus(P.p) and that of Paragonimus microchis(P.m) are compared to provide a basis for the experimental research of paragonimiasis. The results show that the proportion of metacercariae separated just from potamon of P.p is 11.7%, the proportion of excited metacercariae is 88.3%, the metacercariaes can excyte entirely in ten minutes, which is very peculiar and uncommon in known species of paragonimus. The majority of metacercariae or excited metacercariae in two species of paragonimus are in the chest muscles of potamon, and a smaller part of them is in the internal organs, the least part of them is in the muscles of appendage.更多还原
