人体牙齿颜色测量系统口内活体牙测量重复性的研究

【摘要】 对人体牙齿颜色测量系统的重复性进行研究 .方法 :采用CIE1976L a b 色度参数对 7名自愿者上中切牙进行测量 ,通过比较不同时间、不同操作者测量结果差异 ,计算、比较不同时间测量色差偏差的大小 ,研究人体牙齿颜色测量系统的重复性 .结果 :本实验所测人体牙齿颜色系统在不同时间测量结果的色差偏差为 1 0 2 6个单位 ,且不同时间比较该色差值无显著性差异 ;不同时间内测量指标比较除a 以外 ,L ,b 值之间无显著性差异 ;该系统短时间内测量的色差偏差为 0 3 79个单位 .结论 :人体牙齿颜色测量系统在口内活体牙测量时可获较好的重复性 ,位置的改变可能引起a 值的重复性 ,其解决办法有待进一步研究 .

【Abstract】 The repeatability of an fiber-optical spectrophotometery system used in measurement of human teeth color was assessed with maxillary central teeth incisors of seven subjects. Methods: Intraclass repeatability of color differences was determined from repeated color measurement made by the same examiner on 3 separated days, interexaminer repeatability was tested by comparing CIE L A B measurements of the same tooth made by two different examiners. Results: Repeatability color differences were 1 026 ΔE units for intraexaminer assessments, whereas interexaminer repeatability color difference were 0 690 ΔE units, short-term repeatability color difference was 0 10 ΔE units. Conclusion: A fiber-optical spetrophotometery system had acceptable precision for intraoral measurement of human teeth color.
