【摘要】 采用低强度He -Ne激光血管内照射 (ILLLI)治疗 82例脑梗塞患者 ,发现其对神经功能缺损程度为轻型及中型者有明显康复效果 (P <0 0 0 1) ,而对重型者效果不明显 (P >0 0 5) ;同时观察了 50例脑梗塞患者治疗前后血液流变学及血流动力学指标 ,发现ILLLI可降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、相对粘度、红细胞压积 (P <0 0 5) ,提高椎动脉血流量及颈内动脉血流峰速 (P <0 0 0 1) .结果提示ILLLI治疗为脑梗塞的防治开辟了一条新的途径 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Intravascular low level laser irradiation (ILLLI) is a new therapeutic method widely applied in cardiac-cerebral vascular disease. Through the clinically therapeutic observation on 82 cerebral infarction patients,the authors found that ILLLI is very effective ( P <0 001)for the patients with mild and medium deficiency of nervous functions. However,it is no apparently effective for the patients with severe deficiency of nervous functions ( P >0 05).In addition,the indexes of hemorrheology and hematodynamics were also observed. The results demonstrated that ILLLI could reduce total blood viscosity,plasma expressive viscosity,relative viscosity and erythrocytic aggregation ( P <0 05)and increase the carotid blood volume and internal blood peak velocity at the cervical spine( P <0 001),our results provided a new way for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.更多还原
