【摘要】 论述了计算机绘制水利水电施工图的实施方法，并详细介绍了用AutoCAD绘制水利水电施工图的基本方法和技巧。

【Abstract】 Thie paper has discussed the implementation method for computer to draw water conservancy and hydropower working drawings and introduced in detail the basic method and skill for making working drawings with AutoCAD.
