【Abstract】 Several technical and non-technical issues related to the spatal databases and the accuracy of the maps in the establishment of cadastral Information System (CIS) in China are examined.Then the accurate and quality standards of spatial data in CIS are discussed,and an evaluating model is descibed.Considering from the accuracy and data sharing,the ways of data collection and the establishment of spatial databses is CIS are summarized.In addition,the structures of a CIS based on the spatial databses and GIS/LIS platforms are outined.To elaborate the relationship betwween the CIS and the spatial data,this paper provides an overview of a special CIS that has been widely applied to many countiess land administration in Yunnan Province.更多还原
