国有企业经营者激励与约束机制初探
Discussing the Inspiring and Restriction Mechanism of the State-owned Enterprises’Managers
【摘要】 激励问题是人力资源开发与管理的一个重要内容 .本文就经营者的激励问题 ,针对我国国有企业的经营者激励机制的缺陷 ,提出建立科学的企业经营者激励机制的一些基本思路 .
【Abstract】 Inspiring is an important content of the human resources management.in this paper,the defect of inspiring mechanlsm of our owner-enterprises’ managers has been aimed at, some basic thinking about establishing scientific Inspiring mechanism of enterprises’managers will be posed.
