【摘要】 通过 14例妇科肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓 级抑制的护理 ,探讨在无隔离层流室的条件下医疗护理的信度和效度 .经过护理人员的精心护理和医疗干预 ,除 2例病情好转后放弃继续治疗外 ,12例均痊愈出院 .说明只要及早发现并对高危因素进行评估 ,采取积极的措施 ,化疗后骨髓 级抑制是能得到控制和康复的更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the efficacy of medical care under non isolation status.14 cases of gynecological tumor patient with four degree bone marrow depression after chemotherapy were cared and analyzed.The result showed that all patients were cured on discharge except 2 patients,who refused continuing treatment after they being better.It implied that early discovery and assessment of high risk factors and taking effective nursing intervention are important to control progress of the disease and improve recovery.更多还原
