扬子鳄心脏P物质免疫反应纤维和细胞的分布
Distribution of SP Immunoreactive Nerve Fibers and Cells in the Heart of Alligator
【摘要】 用免疫组织化学 (ABC)法和异硫氰酸 (FITC)标记的间接免疫荧光方法观察了扬子鳄心脏内 P物质 (SP)免疫反应 (IR)阳性神经纤维和细胞的分布 .结果发现 SP- IR纤维分布于心室、心房、静脉窦、主动脉瓣处 ;右心房见散在阳性细胞及神经节 .IR纤维呈“串珠状”、线状或交织成网络状 ,主要分布于肌层及外膜 ,多伴血管走行 .提示 :低等两栖爬行类动物扬子鳄心脏中也存在与高等脊椎动物相同的特异性抗原 ,从而丰富了比较解剖学内容 ,为研究神经肽在心血管系统中的生理、病理作用提供了形态学依据
【Abstract】 Immunohistochemical(ABC) and Immunofluorescence methods were used to study the distribution of Substance P(SP)immunoreactive(IR) nerve fibers and cells in Alligator’s heart. The results showed that the IR nerves were found in the ventricle, atrium,venous sinus and the aortic valve; besides, a lot of ganglions and single neurons were also observed in right atrium. The IR fibers are charactered in general of beaded,thread or network appearance,and mainly existed in the myocardium,epicardium,running along blood vessels, suggesting that Alligator, a typical amphibia animal, the heart of which contained the same specific antigen as that of the high forms of vertebrate. Our research could also be thought as morphological evidence for the physiologic and pathologic action of neuropeptides on cardiovascular system.
