人体颞下颌关节盘抗力结构超微研究
The study of resistance ability of the ultramicro-structure of human temporomandibular joint disc.
【摘要】 目的:研究离体环境下人体颞下颌关节盘的抗力表现。方法:将新鲜颞下颌关节盘分区围限压缩,在不同时间观察其扫描电镜表现。结果:短时压缩使关节盘表面波纹状结构变浅、模糊;过长时间压缩可使其凝胶层脱落,胶原纤维束暴露或洞样缺损,尤其在关节盘中带。结论:关节盘中带最易破坏,凝胶层是关节盘的薄弱环节。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the appearance of the cadaver temporomandibular joint(TMJ) discs under confining indentation. Methods: The confining indentation was used on different areas of the cadaver TMJ discs. Then scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to observe the appearance of the discs in different indentation time. Results: The surface of discs showed dim, shallowing wave-like structure in short indentation time, while in long indentation time we found gel losing, collagen bundles disclosing and cave-like damage. Conclusion: The middle band of disc is the easiest damaged area and the gel is the weaker structure.
