小剂量前列腺素E1治疗不稳定型心绞痛
Low dose PGE1 in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris
【摘要】 目的 :观察小剂量前列腺素E1治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效和方法。方法 :对 192例不稳定型心绞痛患者给予前列素E110 0 μg静脉滴注。 结果 :对不稳定性心绞痛的缓解率显效为 87.5 % (16 8/ 192 ) ,总有效率达 95 .8% (184/ 192 ) ,无严重合并症。结论 :小剂量前列腺素E1是治疗不稳定性心绞痛的有效药物。
【Abstract】 Objectives:To observe the curative effects and methods of low dosage in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods:192 cases with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) were treated with low dosage of PGE 1 by intravenous dripping.Results:The remarkable effective rate to relieve the symptoms of unstable angina pectoris was 87.5%(169/192),and the total effective rate was 95.8%(184/192).And no severe complications were observed.Conclusion:Low dosage of PGE 1 is an effective medicine for unstable angina pectoris.
