【摘要】 近年来 ,长江流域频繁的洪水灾害 ,使中华民族遭受了极大损失。反思洪灾形成 ,人类长期以来对上游地区森林资源的滥砍乱伐加剧水土流失、生态环境恶化是重要原因之一。长江上游地区地势陡峭 ,气候温暖多雨 ,地貌破碎 ,极易引发水土流失。该地区经济落后 ,但森林资源十分丰富 ,在水土保持 ,发展本地区经济上占据重要地位。本文从地理、资源、生态、经济等多角度论证了林业作为长江上游社会经济持续发展的支柱产业的战略意义 ;同时指出 ,要发挥林业在地区发展中的主导地位 ,必须改革传统林业弊端 ,加快现代林业建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, China has lost a lot because of flood in Yangtse drainage area. An important cause is that crude forests growing in Yangtse upriver valley have been cut about for many years which has increased remarkable lose of water and soil and make environment worsen. This piece of land is fragile and undeveloped, but forests are abundant as well as imfortant to preserve ecosystem and boost economy. In geographical、 resources、 ecological and economic perspectives, this paper argues the strategic significance of forests for this region and point out that sustainable development needs modern forestry.更多还原
