本菲尔法脱碳吸收—再生塔的改造

【摘要】 应用规整填料—散堆填料—新型液体分布器综合技术对本菲尔脱碳系统的 2 5 0 0 / 3 2 5 0吸收塔和 40 0 0再生塔成功地实施了技术改造。这是国内首次对 10 0 0t/d合成氨大型引进装置的脱碳系统塔设备进行改造。技改评价表明 ,改造取得了预想的效果 ,为进一步挖掘装置潜力提供了条件 ,也对装置运行中工艺指标的优化发挥了积极的作用

【Abstract】 Technical renovation is carried out of 2 500/3 250 absorption towers and the 4 000 regeneration tower in the carbon dioxide removal system of the Benfield Process with the help of the combined technology of structured packings, random packings and new type of liquid distributors. This is the first retrofit of the towers in the carbon dioxide removal system in a large imported 1 000 t/d ammonia unit in China. An evaluation of the technical renovation shows that expected results are obtained through retrofit, conditions are provided for further tapping the potentials of the unit, and an active role is played in the optimization of the process indicators of the unit in operation.
