从复杂含砷锑银矿制取立方晶型锑白
Producing Cubic Crystal Antimony White from Arsenic Containing Complex Dyscrasite
【摘要】 通过对复杂含砷锑银矿制取锑白的研究,提出了采用HCl体系,NaClO3 为氧化剂酸性浸出的处理方法。在最佳工艺条件下进行浸出,Sb 的浸出率大于95% ,Ag 的浸出率低于5% ,As基本上留在浸出渣中。对浸出液采取预处理后,制取了白度大于94,符合国家0 级标准的立方晶型锑白。
【Abstract】 A new acid leaching method producing cubic crystal antimony white from arsenic containing complex dyscrasite is advanced,in which NaClO 3 is used as oxidant in HCl system.Under optimum conditions,the result obtained is that antimony leaching efficiency is over 95%,that of silver is less 5% and almost all arsenic is remained in residue.After the leaching liguor being pre treated,the cubic crystal antimony white with whiteness of 94 that reaches zero grade national standard is attained.
