【摘要】 目的　测试温度差异对瓷修复体透明度的影响 ,消除温度差 ,使瓷修复体的透明度达瓷粉设计要求。方法　应用透明瓷粉烧结测试块进行透明度分级和近红外分光光度计检测 ,结果　温度差异对瓷修复体透明度影响较大 ,在不同的设置温度下 ,其瓷块的透明效果有不同程度的改变。结论　烤瓷炉温度设置和差异对瓷修复体的透明效果影响较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure and calibrate the effective temperature of a muffle oven for making grilled ceramic teeth, eliminae the temperature errors, and make the transparency of the repaired grilled ceramic teeth so as to reach the requirement for ceramic powder design. Methods The temperature of the muffle oven was measured and calibrated according to the transparency level of the measured ceramic bar and using near-IR spectrophto meter. Results The difference of temperature of the muffle oven was proportional to its used age. Conclusion Periodically measuring and calibrating the temperature of the muffle oven is needed.更多还原
