【摘要】 目的 :研究四季三黄胶囊质量标准控制方法。方法 :样品经适当提取后点于硅胶 G薄层板上 ,以正丁醇 -冰醋酸 -水 ( 7:1:2 )为展开剂 ,紫外光灯 ( 3 65 nm)下检视 ,测定波长为λS=5 3 5 nm,λR=70 0 nm。结果 :回归方程 :Y=45 2 97.42 X -3 7.782 8,r=0 .9996,线性范围 :0 .2 63 8～ 1.3 188μg;加样回收率试验为 98.41% ,RSD为 2 .68%。结论 :本法操作简便、结果准确 ,可为评价新药质量提供可行依据更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide a method of quality control for Sijisanghuang Capsules.METHODS: Separating berberine from the preparation by silica gel-G plate and using the developping system n-butanol glacial acetic acid and water(7:1:2),and TLC_Scanning detection at λ S535 nm, λ R700 nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.2638-1.3188 μg.CONCLUSION:The method was simple,accurate and available for quality control of Sijisanghuang Capsules.更多还原
