【摘要】 目的 :观察乌鸡调经丸的补血、镇痛作用。方法 :在正常小鼠及失血性血虚证小鼠模型上观察其用药后 RBC、Hb;在小鼠热板和扭体反应模型上观察其用药后不同时间痛阈值、扭体反应开始时间 (潜伏期 )和扭体数的变化。结果 :乌鸡调经丸 0 .74、1.48、2 .96 g生药 / kg;ig分别显著增加血虚证小鼠 RBC和 Hb,显著提高小鼠痛阈值 ,显著延长致痛潜伏期并明显减少扭体反应数。结论 :乌鸡调经丸具有明显补血、镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Wujitiaojing Pills on nourising blood and analgesia.METHODS:The number of red blood cell(RBC) and the concentration of hemoglobin(Hb) were examined in normal mice and blood deficiency mice after administration ,using hot-plate model and twisting model to observe the threshold of pain at different intervals,the time starting to twist(latentperiod)and the number of twisting.RESULTS:Wujitiaojing pills(0.74,1.48,2.96g.kg -1 ig respectively) could singnificantly increase the number of RBC and concentra-tion of Hb,improving the threshold of pain,prolonging the latent period of pain and reducing the number of twisting.CONCLUSIONS:Wujitiaojing pills had the effect of nourishing blood and analgesia.更多还原
