聚氯乙烯膜奎宁选择电极的研制与应用
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF PVC MEMBRANE QUININE SELECTIVE ELECTRODE
【摘要】 盐酸奎宁在临床上被用作控制疟疾的发作 ,但其副作用较大 ,所以应控制其制剂在体内的含量。测定奎宁的常规方法为药典法〔1〕,此法前期处理手续繁杂费时 ,近年来有关奎宁的选择电极已有报道 〔2 ,3〕,这些电极或用四苯硼型电活性物 ,或用苦味酸根电极采用电位差减法测定奎宁含量 ,或用奎宁溴汞酸盐所生成的配合物为电活性物。本文首次使用了六价铬与硫氰化钾、氨水形成的络和物作为沉淀剂 ,使其与奎宁形成分子缔合物 ,获得全新的电活性物 ,制备了一种新型的盐酸奎宁选择电极 ,该电极线性响应范围为 1 .0× 1 0 - 2 ~ 1 .0×1 0 - 5mo1 / L,级差为 4 7m V/ p C,电极的检测限为 6.5× 1 0 - 6mol/ L,p H在 2 .3 0~ 5.63范围内 ,电势随 p H变化不超过± 1 m V,以此电极测定奎宁的含量 ,方法简单、快速、结果与药典法相符
【Abstract】 Hydrochloric quinine is used to control different kinds of malaria clinically,but it has some side effects to the body,so we must control the preparation and the content to the body The usual method to gauge its quantity is pharmacopoeia methods 〔1〕 ,but it was very trivial at the pretreatment In selective electrode of quinine has been reported recently 〔2~3〕 Each electrodes used sodium tetraphenylboron or picric acid or bromine mercury salt as electrical active substance A new quinine selective electrode is first reported in this paper The behavior of the electrode is evaluated as follow:Nernst response to quinine ranges between1 0×10 -2 ~1 0×10 -5 mol/L with a slope of 47mV/PC The detection limit is 6 5×10 -6 mol/L While pH is at 2 30~5 63,the change of the electrode response does not exceed ±1mV This selective electrode is easy to operate,with quick response and good reproducibility The same result can be got without system error to gauge the quantity of hydrochloric quinine capsule using the eectrode compared with pharmacopoeia method
