【摘要】 目的 :探讨血液灌流对海洛因成瘾患者的治疗效果 ,为海洛因成瘾患者寻找一种安全、有效的救治方法。方法 :采用血液灌流技术 ,对 32例海洛因成瘾患者进行血液净化治疗。结果 :海洛因成瘾患者经 1～ 3次血液灌流治疗后 ,烦躁、腹痛、流泪、心慌等临床戒断症状显著改善 ,其尿液中海洛因含量显著降低 ,与血液灌流前相比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :血液灌流是一种简便、安全、可靠的戒毒方法 ,为海洛因成瘾者开辟了一条新的戒毒途径更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to provide a safe efficient way for the patients with addiction of hexion, the effectiveness of hemoperfusion was studied. Methods: The treatment of blood purification was taken with the method of hemoperfusion for the 32 patients with the addiction of hexion. Results: The levels of hexion in patients’ the urine with the addiction of hexion were lower in those treated with hemoperfusion for 1～3 times than that without treatment of hemoperfusion, the difference between them was significant, so were the clinical symptoms of dysphoria, abdominalb pain, lacrimation and tachycardia( P <0 01). Conclusions: Hemoperfusion is a simple safe efficient way for abstinenec. It is one of abstinence way for the patients with the addiction of hexoin.更多还原
