【摘要】 应用玉屏风散加味 (生黄芪、炒白术、防风、枸杞、麦冬、太子参 )预防浅层型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎复发 35例 (观察组 ) ,并设单纯口服维生素治疗 34例为对照组。结果 1年内观察组复发 2例 ,复发率 5 71%。对照组复发 9例 ,复发率 2 6 4 7%。两组有显著差异 ,提示应用玉屏风散加味可降低浅层型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎复发率 ,从而降低其致盲率更多还原

【Abstract】 Modified Yupingfeng Powder (MYP) consisting of the root of Astragalus membranaceus or Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus , rhizome of Atractylodes macrocephala, root of Ledebouriella divaricata, fruit of Lycium barbarum , root of Ophiopogon japonicus, and the root of Pseudostellaria heterophylla , was used prevent the recurrence of superficial herpes simplex virus keratitis (SHSVK) in 35 cases, and vitamins were used alone in 34 cases. The results showed that within 1 year, there were 2 cases of recurrence in the MYP treating group with a recurrence rate of 5.714%, 9 cases of recurrence in the vitamin treating group with a recurrence rate of 26.471%, and there was a significant difference between the 2 groups. The results implies that MYP can decrease the recurrence rate of SHSVK and thereby can decrease the rate of blindness.更多还原
