【摘要】 采用鱼腥草注射液和双黄连注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染 4 0例 ,并用头孢拉定静脉点滴作为对照。结果表明 :两组治疗均有效 ,但鱼腥草组对退热及症状改善略优于头孢拉定组。对不伴白细胞增高及中性粒细胞分类≤ 6 5%者选择鱼腥注射液更加适宜更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection (AURTI) were treated with Yuxingcao Injection (YI) and Shuanghuanglian Injection (SI) while the control group was given cephradine. The results showed that both the combination of YI and SI, and cephradine were effective for treating the patients, but the combination of YI and SI was more effective than cephradine. The results of this clinical study also showed that YI was suitable for treating the AURTI patients who do not have an increase in white blood cells and whose neutrophilic granulocyte classification is less than or equal to 65%.更多还原
