【摘要】 利用体外细胞培养技术 ,观察了丹参素对血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )致心肌肥大的影响。结果表明 :丹参素抑制AngⅡ引起的培养心肌细胞总蛋白含量及直径的增加 ,对AngⅡ引起的心脏成纤维细胞的增殖也有抑制作用 ,其效果与AngⅡ受体 1阻滞剂Losartan相似 ,说明丹参素具有抑制心肌肥厚的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 An in vitro cell culture technique was used to study the effects of danshensu on the myocardial hypertrophy induced by angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ). The results showed that danshensu could inhibit the increase of the content and diameter of the total protein induced by Ang Ⅱ in cultured myocardial cells. Danshensu also showed an inhibiting effect on the proliferation of cardiac fibroblasts induced by Ang Ⅱ. The effects of danshensu manifested in the experiment was similar to those of Losartan, which implies that danshensu can inhibit myocardial hypertrophy.更多还原
