复方麻辛酊离子导入对白蛋白诱发哮喘豚鼠气道痉挛的作用
Effect of the Application of Maxin Tincture via Ion-guide Way on the Airway Spasm of the Asthmatic Guinea Pigs Induced by Albumin
【摘要】 用复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法对哮喘豚鼠进行治疗 ,并与正常组、喘乐宁对照组、离子导入组、敷贴组、模型对照组相比较 ,观察各组动物白蛋白激发后气道阻力 (Ri、Re)和肺顺应性 (Cor)的变化。结果显示 :复方麻辛酊治疗组豚鼠经白蛋白激发后Ri、Re和Cor与正常组较接近 ,喘乐宁对照组次之 ,两者比较无显著性差异 ;模型对照组白蛋白激发后Ri、Re峰值明显升高 ,Cor较低 ,与上述两组比较有显著差异 ;导入组、敷贴组激发后Ri、Re峰值比治疗组明显升高 ,Cor明显下降。表明复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法能降低哮喘豚鼠的气道阻力 ,改善肺的顺应性 ,其疗效优于单纯导入及敷贴组 ,与西药喘乐宁组接近
【Abstract】 The therapeutic group was compared with 5 control groups, which were normal group, ventolin treatment group, ionguide group, external application group and model group. The results showed that: the airway resistance (Ri, Re) and the pulmonary compliance (Cor) in the therapeutic group was mostly closed to that in the normal group, secondly closed to the ventolin treatment group, and there was no significant difference between them. The airway resistance peak number increased higher in the model group after being stimulated by albumin, while the pulmonary compliance was poor in this group. Compared the model group with the therapeutic and the ventolin treatment group, there was obvious differences for the pulmonary compliance and the airway resistance peak numbers. Also the airway resistance peak numbers in ionguide group and external application group was much higher than in the therapeutic group, the pulmonary compliance went down clearly in these two groups. The study indicated that, the treatment of Maxin Tincture via ionguide could decrease the airway resistance and improve the pulmonary compliance, its curative effect is closed to ventolin treatment group, better than the other groups.
