红花黄色素对血小板活化因子介导的中性粒细胞功能的影响
Inhibitory Effects of Safflor Yellow on the Human Neutrophil Activation Induced by Platelet-Activating Factor
【摘要】 为了探讨中药红花中的红花黄色素 (SafflorYellow)对血小板活化因子 (Platelet -Activating -Factor,PAF)介导的人中性粒细胞功能的影响。通过细胞学的方法 ,在细胞松弛素B存在下 ,人的中性粒细胞 (PMN)悬液先与不同浓度的红花黄色素温育 ,然后以PAF刺激 ,以PMN悬液为空白对照。结果显示 :红花黄色素对PAF介导的人中性粒细胞聚集、粘附及超氧化物产生有明显的抑制作用 ,并且在 2~ 2 0g L浓度范围内 ,其抑制作用与药物浓度有一定的剂量依赖关系 ,推测红花黄色素对抗PAF的作用 ,可能是其活血化瘀的重要机制之一
【Abstract】 To probe into the effect of Safflor yellow on the human neutrophil activation induced by plateletactivating factor. Methods: human neutrophil was preincubated with Safflor yellow of different concentration, then was stimulated by plateletactivating factor with the existence of cytochalasin B. Result: Safflor yellow showed obvious inhibition effects on human neutrophil aggregation, adherence and superoxide generation , the inhibition effects of Safflor yellow were dosedependent on its concentration in the range of 2~20g·L -1 . We deduced that the effects against plateletactivating factor may be one of the important mechanisms of Safflor yellow to activate blood and eliminate blood stasis.
