【摘要】 用去氧胆酸钠诱发实验性慢性胃炎 ,观察大鼠病理形态变化以及和降冲剂和西沙必利对其的影响。结果表明 :其病变特征与人类胆汁反流性胃炎甚为相似 ,炎细胞浸润程度 3个月、6个月模型基本一致 ,经和降冲剂和西沙必利处理有明显的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 health male wistar rats weighing 180 200g were randomly divided into five groups.The reflux gastritis model was induced with ethanol poured into stomach.The histopathological characteristics were observed.Results showed pathological feature of the model was similar to that of human.And the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration was similar in the 3 and 6 months’ models. The effects showed no difference between Hejiangchongji and CIS.更多还原
