中研Ⅱ号抗SIVmac感染机理的初步研究

【摘要】 通过体外和体内实验研究中研Ⅱ号抗猴免疫缺陷病毒 (SIV)感染作用和免疫调节作用 ,结果表明 :中研Ⅱ号在体外缺乏直接的抗SIV感染作用 ;而体内实验显示中研Ⅱ号对SIV感染所致的猴艾滋病模型免疫系统的功能状态具有一定的调节作用 ,表现为抑制感染早期异常的免疫细胞活化 ,促进晚期抑制状态的免疫细胞活化 ,对不同感染时期的免疫功能呈双相调节作用。中研Ⅱ号通过对细胞功能紊乱的调节实现其免疫保护作用 ,这可能是其治疗艾滋病的药理基础

【Abstract】 Zhong Yan Ⅱ is an efficient antiviral complex TCM prescription, but the mechanisms of its action have not been identified. Such an understanding would be of vital importance and potentially useful for its application in clinical practice. Aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of Zhong Yan Ⅱ in antiviral activity against Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) and to examine its immunoregulatory effects on T cell function. The in vitro efficacy of antiviral activity was evaluated in a CEM SIVmac screening assay system. Ex vivo the cell cycle analysis and the IL 2 level by Con A-stimulated PBMCs from SIVmac251 infected monkey were performed. Results suggested that the antiviral efficacy in vivo of Zhong Yan Ⅱ was not directly suppressing viral replication and infection. Its efficacy in HIV infection and AIDS was contributed to its ability to regulate the immune function and induce faster reconstitution of the immune system.
