【摘要】 阐述了全面质量管理的内涵及意义,提出了从工作质量、产品质量、人员质量三方面管理的最佳途径。

【Abstract】 The paper elaborates connotation and meaning of overall quality management , and puts forward the best ways of management in three aspects which are working quality, production quality and personnel quality.
