污泥减量技术
Sludge Reduction Technologies
【摘要】 介绍了目前国内外一些污泥减量的技术和工艺 ,如 :原生动物和后生动物摄食细菌法 ,能减少污泥产量 60 %以上 ,对于固定式淹没生物膜法甚至没有剩余污泥产生 ;微生物强化法 ,利用外投优化菌种减少污泥排放量 1 6% ;投加酶法 ,将难溶解的大分子有机污染物分解为易于微生物吸收和利用的小分子溶解性有机物 ,既有利于有机污染物的降解 ,又能促进细菌的增殖 ,能减少污泥产量50 % ;此外还介绍了超声波技术、臭氧氧化、Cambi工艺和生物细胞溶解系统等一系列方法。
【Abstract】 The new technologies and processes developed and researched recently worldwide were introduced in this paper, such as: Grazing/Bacterial Perdition technology, it can reduce over 60% of excess sludge production, even zero excess sludge production and discharge have been realized by submerged biofilm process. Bioaugmentation by dosing special bacterial species can reduce 16% of sludge production. Dosing enzyme can discompose the large molecular organic compounds to smaller ones, which is easy to be absorbed and utilized by bacteria and hence facilitate the bacteria increase, by which the sludge production is reduced 50%. Besides, ultrasonic technology, ozonation and novel Cambi process are all exhibited the capability of sludge reduction.
