【摘要】 介绍了家具力学性能试验机及PLC构成的电 气动控制系统 ,该系统减化了气动系统的结构 ,并将气控元件换成了电磁元件 ,用PLC程序模块替换了气动步进模块。该试验机系统可以用来检测床类、床垫、沙发、桌椅、柜类等家具的有关技术性能参数 ,以确保家具的质量。该机已按国家标准完成相应力学性能试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the test machines of mechanical properties of furniture and their electrical pneumatic control system consitiuted by PLC. The structure of PLC system has been simplified,the PLC programming mudule replaced the pneumatic step process module. The test machine system can be used to test the technical parameters of furniture like beds,softs tables,chairs,swivel chairs,and so on,so as to guarantee the furniture quanlity.更多还原
