Ⅰ型水性环氧树脂固化剂及其涂料性能

【摘要】 采用低相对分子质量液体环氧树脂与非离子表面活性剂 (BMJ)反应合成BMJ 环氧加成物 ,将表面活性链段引入到环氧树脂分子链中 ,然后经封端和成盐得到Ⅰ型水性环氧固化剂 .研究了影响Ⅰ型水性环氧固化剂及其所配乳液涂料性能的因素 ,并对乳液的稳定性、固化速率和涂膜硬度等性能进行了评价 .

【Abstract】 Water reducible curing agent for type Ⅰ waterborne epoxy system was synthesized. Low relative molecular mass epoxy resin was reacted with an nonionic surfactant to form an adduct which was then reacted with excess polyethylene polyamine to form epoxy amine adduct with terminated amine group and segment of surfactant in molecular chain. To prolong pot life of waterborne epoxy coating monoglycidyl ether was used to cap part of primary amine hydrogen. Finally the adduct was salted with acid to achieve better hydrophilic and lipophilic balance. The resulted curing agent shows both abilities to disperse epoxy resin and cure the resin. The effects of relative molecular mass of BMJ and equivalent ratio of amine hydrogen/epoxy on emulsion stability, curing speed and coating film hardness were investigated.
