肼对高岭土插层的研究(Ⅰ)——肼溶液浓度对插层的影响

【摘要】 研究了肼插层茂名高岭土时 ,肼在水溶液中的浓度对插层速率的影响 .发现存在着进行插层反应的最低浓度阈值和最佳浓度值 .高浓度肼溶液 (≥ 2 4mol/L)插层高岭土时 ,除扩展的层间距 1 .0 4nm外 ,还出现一个 0 .97nm的新层间距 .红外光谱研究表明 ,此层间距很可能与NH2 基团嵌入高岭土结构中的复三方硅氧空洞有关

【Abstract】 The effect of hydrazine concentration on the intercalation rate is investigated as the Maoming kaolinite is intercalated by hydrazine. It has been found that there exist a low threshold and optimized value of hydrazine concentration for the kaolinite intercalation. In addition to the common space 1.04 nm, a new interlayer space distance 0.97 nm, was observed when the kaolinite was intercalated by high concentration hydrazine (≥24 mol/L). The appearance of such new space is attributed to keying of the —NH 2 moiety of hydrazine into the siloxane ditrigonal cavity, according to infrared spectroscopy.
