【摘要】 目的 :分析住院患者单病种住院费用及影响因素 ,为加强医院的经济管理提供依据。方法 :资料来源于无锡市某医院病历首页数据库 ,应用SPSS统计软件包处理 ,统计方法采用方差分析、多元逐步回归分析等。结果 :5种疾病中 ,除老年性白内障外 ,其余疾病的住院费用均以药费所占比重较大 ,达 50 %以上 ,而床位费最低 ,仅 5%左右。单因素方差分析结果表明 ,住院天数对 5种疾病的人均费用均有明显影响 ,随住院时间的延长 ,费用增加 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。而其它几个因素对各病种的影响有所不同。多因素逐步回归分析结果显示 ,住院天数是影响 5种疾病患者人均住院费用的首要因素 (标准回归系数 =0 .593)。结论 :住院天数是影响患者住院费用的主要因素 ,人均药费也占住院费较大比重。因此 ,应注意减少无效住院日 ,控制用药费用 ,以降低医疗费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze medical care costs of single sort of disease and related factors and to provide a basis of economical management of hospital. Method: Raw data collected from the headlines of inpatient medical records in the data base of hospital in Wuxi were processed by SPSS with analysis of variance and stepwise regression. Result: Medication constituted above 50% of the medical costs of the four diseases except aged cataract, while the ward charge for each was only about 5%. According to analysis of variance, the length of time in hospital affected medical care costs for all 5 kinds of disease significantly(P<0.01), and the costs increased with the time rising. But the effects of other factors on 5 kinds of diseases were different.Stepwise regression suggested that the hospitalized time was the most important factor affecting the medical care costs of these diseases (standardized regression coefficient was 0.593).Conclusion: The length of time in hospital was the main factor affecting medical care costs,and medication expenditure constituted the great part. So, Ineffective hospitalized days should be reduced to control the rise of medical care costs.更多还原
