【摘要】 目的　了解Ⅱ型糖尿病胃轻瘫病人幽门螺杆菌感染情况。方法　用快速尿素酶试验、组织学检查、细菌培养法检测 30 2 5例病人幽门螺杆菌感染情况。结果　Ⅱ型糖尿病胃轻瘫病人幽门螺杆菌感染率为 78 6 1% (2 378/ 30 2 5 ) ,其中性别及季节之间无显著差异性。结论　幽门螺杆菌感染可能与Ⅱ型糖尿病胃轻瘫有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection in patients with diabetic gastroparesis Method 3025 patients were tested for HP infection by rapid urease test(RUT)、pathologic warthin strarry stain、Bacteric Culture The infection status for each patient was established by a concordance of two or three test results Result The overall incidence of HP in diabetic gastroparesis was 78.61%(2378/3025) There is no remarkably difference in HP infection in sex and season Conclusion The results suggest that HP infection may be one of the reasons of diabetic gastroparesis更多还原
