【Abstract】 As Chinese economy transforms of the market oriented, Chinese institutions of higher learning continues to advance their reforms and expands their earolment. College Youth League must develop its glorious traditions of over 70 years; It must fully utilize its edges ; It must play significant roles in moral education , on campus cultural building , social practice , work study programme and upholding college stability ; It must organize students to study well so as to turn them into competent builders and successors to socialism.
