【摘要】 目的　评价小剂量苯那普利药物和改变生活方式两种治疗方法对临界高血压病患者左心室功能及结构改变的作用。方法　 41例未经降压治疗的临界高血压病患者随机分为组Ⅰ (2 1例 ) ,给予苯那普利 5mg/次 2 4h ,治疗组Ⅱ(2 0例 ) ,进行非药物干预处理各 2 4周 ,分别于治疗前后进行多普勒超声心动图检测并与正常人对比分析。结果　与正常人对比 ,临界高血压病患者治疗前左室舒张功能指标均有异常。治疗后组Ⅰ的异常指标参数较治疗前有明显改善 :二尖瓣口舒张期充盈血流A峰速度 (VA)降低 :5 5 .9± 14.8对 5 9.7± 14.2 ,P <0 .0 5 ;E峰速度 (VE)增高 :73.3± 16 .2对 5 4.3± 13.4,VE/VA比值 (E/A)增高 :1.31± 0 .35对 0 .91± 0 .31,E峰减速时间 (DT)缩短 :197± 41对 2 43± 5 9,P<0 .0 1;而组Ⅱ的改变相比差别不明显。治疗前后两组患者血压、左室射血分数 (LVEF)、左室心肌重量指数 (LVMI)无明显改变。结论　临界单纯性高血压病患者有左室舒张功能受损 ,仍应进行药物治疗 ,小剂量苯那普利即可明显改善其受损的左室舒张功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate the effection of treatment with Benazepeil and changed living pattern,acting on the left ventricular function and construction of the borderline hypertension.Methods\ Forty one patients was divided into two groups:groupⅠ(n=21) was given Benazepril 5mg every 24-hour,and group Ⅱ(n=20) was dealt with no-drug for twenty-four weeks.The left ventricular function and construction were measured by Doppler echocardiography at the beginning and the end of therapeutic period.Results\ Contrary to normal group,the left ventricular diastolic function parameter was abnormalities in patients at the beginning therapeutic period.At the end of therapeutic period,the abnormal parameters were improved significantly in group Ⅰ,but were of no effect in group Ⅱ.Conclusion\ Treatment with small dose Benazepril can improve the left ventricular diastolic function of the borderline hypertensive patients.更多还原
