【摘要】 目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (MMP - 2 )及其抑制剂TIMP - 2蛋白表达与肾癌转移关系。方法　免疫组化法检测 5 0例肾癌组织及 15例正常肾组织中MMP - 2、TIMP - 2蛋白表达情况 ,并与肾癌转移、预后相比较。结果　肾癌组织中MMP - 2表达率为 70 % ,明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,TIMP - 2表达率为 2 8% ,明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;转移组与非转移组肾癌组织中MMP - 2、TIMP - 2表达有显著差异 ;进展组与无进展组间MMP - 2表达有显著差别。结论　肾癌组织中MMP - 2、TIMP - 2在肾癌转移过程中起了一定作用 ,肾癌组织MMP - 2表达与肾癌预后有明显关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relation tetween matrix metalloproteinase 2/tissue inhibitor of metaloprotienase (MMP-2/TIMP-2) expression and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma.Methods MMP-2 and TIMP-2 protein expressions were detected from 50 renal cell carcinoma and 15 normal renal tissues in immunohistochemistry method.Results In comparison with normal tissues,MMP-2 were expressed at higher levels (70%) in renal cell carcinoma tissues(P<0.05),and TIMP-2 were expressed at lower levels (28%) MMP-2 expression were significantly higher in metastasized renal cell carcinoma tissues(90%) than in none-metastasized group(56.6%)(P<0.05),TIMP-2 expression in metastasized group was significantly lower(10%) than in none-metastasized group (40%)(P<0.05).MMP-2 expression was significantly higher in progressed group renal cell carcinoma tissues than the noneprogressed group.Conclusion MMP-2 and TIMP-2 expression play a role in metastasis of renal cell carcinomas.There is relation between MMP-2 expression and prognosis of renal carcinoma.更多还原
